Description:

Children can't fail to be excited by a visit to a castle, particularly one that Her Majesty The Queen sometimes resides in. Windsor Castle is a magnificent building both outside and in - with its lavish interiors and extensive collection of paintings, including works by Canaletto and Rembrandt. It is also the oldest occupied castle in the world. You can see the state apartments and St George's Chapel, and at certain times of year also the semi-state rooms. For an additional charge you can also visit the Great Kitchen. A family audio tour is available, and there are various activities for children and families through the year.
