Description: One of the Luxury Family Hotel chain, the Ickworth Hotel & Apartments is a family-friendly idyll.  They seem to have thought of everything you could possibly need for your young family here - from sterilisers to nappy buckets, as well as highchairs and baby food. Families can dine together in the Conservatory, or if you want to dine with your partner "a deux" you can enjoy the luxury of Fredericks Restaurant.  Booking is recommended for both. The Four Bear's Den creche is Ofsted-registered and has nannies supervising play from 10.00 - 16.45.  Families are also welcome to go to use the play room at other times, but if you do this, you need to look after your children while they play with the toys.  During school holidays there are more structured activities for children too.  Club Blu, with its table tennis, computer games etc is where the older ones will want to hang out.  Outside there's a great choice of activities - tennis, football, swimming, horse-riding, as well as trampolines, bikes and an adventure playground.
