The Bay Tree is a great place to stop for a coffee and a sandwich or snack.  The children's platter is a popular choice with young diners.  Indoors you will find some comfy sofa seats as well as cafe-style seating, and there are plenty of tables outside too in the pedestrianised Orchard shopping area - if you prefer to eat al fresco.  Family facilities include a play table for little ones, with books and crayons.
