Description:
Set in 150 acres of farmland, this hotel occupies a delightfully peaceful location, with the beautiful scenery of Snowdonia very nearby. Relax in the library and lounges and take your choice from the two restaurants - the Llwyn Y Brain, which has been awarded two AA Rosettes, and the new Conservatory brasserie for less formal dining.  You can also eat in the lounge bar.  There are board games available to borrow - or make use of the more active leisure facilities which include an indoor swimming pool and gym. Staff have a welcoming and relaxed attitude towards children, so it was no surprise to find quite a number of families staying when we visited.
