Description: A great choice for a family day out, Longleat Safari Park has plenty for people of all ages to enjoy, from the splendour of Longleat House to the excitement of seeing the monkeys and big cats, to the fun of the adventure castle playground.  The Monkey Jungle section of the park is lots of fun - expect the monkeys to come up close and even jump on your car - but you can avoid this part of the park if you think your little ones might not like this experience - or if you have a particularly precious car!  Toddlers love the Postman Pat Village, where there are buttons to press to make all the familiar characters move.  Another "must-see" is Pets Corner, where you can see the small animals and some very clever parrots.  The safari boat trip is great for seeing the sea lions, but note that pushchairs are not allowed on the boat, so avoid baby's nap time for this one.  Pushchairs are also not permitted in the house, but hip-seats are available to borrow. There's so much to do at Longleat, including mazes, the railway and much more, so the passport ticket (further details below) makes perfect sense if you want to see everything. The Wessex Pavilion serves a wide range of meals and snacks - and you can retreat to the coffee lounge area if you and baby need a little quiet time.  Alternatively, visit the Cellars Cafe (pushchair access at the rear of the house).
