Manchester Airport has won an award for its
efforts to make travel easier for parents, with its improved facilities.
Currently facilities do vary slightly depending on which terminal you are
travelling from, e.g. baby-changing is in the Ladies toilets in departures
for Terminals 1 and 3, but there is a dedicated parent and child room in
Terminal 2 and at arrivals in Terminal 1. If you are travelling from
Terminal 1, you can keep young children amused in the play area in the
departures lounge. If you've forgotten any baby toiletries etc., you
may be able to find what you need at the airport shops, e.g. Boots.
