One of the UK's top theme parks, Chessington
World of Adventures has lots to offer for older children, and good baby-care
facilities for families with toddlers and babies too. There are two
lots of nursing areas provided, and several baby-changing rooms located
around the park. Chessington is probably best known now for its
rollercoasters and other rides, but it still has an animal area - watch out
for feeding times - little ones will love the penguins and sealions.
Many of the rides have minimum height restrictions and are suitable only for
older children, but there are some for younger ones - check out Toytown if
you have youngsters wanting to get on a ride. If you go during the
school holidays or at weekends, do expect to stand in some queues, but there
is a "Fastrack" ticket facility offered at a couple of of the very popular
rides during busy periods, whereby you are allocated a time to return for
your ride. |
