Baddesley Clinton is a moated manor house
dating from the 16th century, with largely unchanged Elizabethan interiors. Catholics hid
here to avoid persecution during the Elizabethan period, and there are
several priest holes inside the house. The gardens are lovely, with
plenty of grassy areas where little ones can run about and let off steam.
The restaurant serves lunches and afternoon teas, and there is an outdoor
seating area to enjoy if the weather permits. |
