Description:
This might not seem like the obvious place to take young children - but actually the aircraft are fascinating for even little ones, and you don't really need to talk to your little ones about the war dimension.  There is a huge amount to see here, with a whole range of different museums within the complex, and for school-age children this is a great opportunity for learning some history in a really interesting way.  The amazing AirSpace exhibition houses examples of some of the most significant developments in the history of aeroplanes - including Concorde, which is accessible to the public.  The American Air Museum displays aircraft from the second world war, as a tribute Americans who served during that time.

Open:
Daily
14th March - 24th October: 10.00 - 18.00
25th October - March 2010 : 10.00 - 16.00

We love: the chance to get on board Concorde
