Description: Romans, Egyptians and dinosaurs always fascinate young children, and you'll find them all here.  There's an interactive model of Hadrian's Wall, an Egyptian mummy display and a T-Rex skeleton.  In the Living Planet area you'll find life-size models of various creatures including a giraffe and a polar bear, as well as some live animal tanks and aquaria.  There's also a planetarium.  The museum has its own cafe serving hot and cold meals. Open: Daily: Monday - Saturday: 10.00 - 17.00 Sunday: 14.00 - 17.00 Admission: Free for all ages
