Description:
This moated medieval castle is a great place for children to explore - accompanied by a grown-up, of course, as some parts of the ruins are not suitable for little ones to go in alone.  Not only is it a magnificent castle, but it is unique in Britain because of its triangular shape.  The picture boards illustrating how the castle would have looked at various stages in history help to bring the castle to life.  Children will also enjoy the adventure playground in the grounds of the castle. Children's activity sheets are available.
