Returns Policy
Customer Service is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your order, you can return any item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition. Please contact us and we will email you a returns form. Please remember to include your order number. We can only refund postage for faulty goods. All returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive safely with us, so please obtain a proof of posting from your post office. Please contact us if you need any help with your return.
Faulty Goods
If any part of your order is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please accept our sincere apologies. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will arrange to replace the item. Please remember to quote your sales receipt number in all correspondence.
