Description:

This magical place is a delight for children and adults alike to visit. The stone circle and avenue cannot fail to impress, and the museum really brings the history to life, with interactive exhibits for children to enjoy. Pushchairs are admitted, but for extensive walks around the circle, you may find it easier to use a baby carrier. The Circle restaurant serves a good range of vegetarian meals and snacks, with organic and local produce used where possible. Avebury is a world heritage site with one of the largest stone circles in the World, and has previously been voted the third most spiritual place in Great Britain.
